Copper Cup Recipe: Vegan Turmeric Energy Balls

You'll need:

  • 1 tablespoon of Copper Cup Turmeric Latte Mix
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup gluten free oats
  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Form tablespoon-sized balls and freeze for 15 minutes.
